By downloading or using GridCam, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

GridCam grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Apple devices. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

GridCam Pro Subscription

GridCam offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

User Content

All photos and videos you capture using GridCam belong to you. We claim no ownership over your content.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use GridCam to capture illegal content, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or infringe on the rights of others.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GridCam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridCam and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
